We do not require written confirmation of orders. If one must be sent, please mark "Confirmation of Order- Do not duplicate." BioCarta cannot issue credit or be held responsible for duplicate shipments resulting from improperly marked confirmations of orders.

All shipments for US/Canadian customers are F.O.B. San Diego. Orders can be shipped Monday thru Thursday, while orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday for next day delivery.

Payment terms are Net 30 Days. We accept check, wire transfer, or credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). We reserve the right to revise pricing without notice.
